We are not affiliated with the US government or any government agency. By using this website or ordering our services you accept these terms in full.
Our service
VisaApply acts as a private intermediary. Our service consists of simplifying the official application form, reviewing your answers and documents, submitting the application to the US authorities on your behalf and assisting you throughout the process.
All travel authorizations are issued exclusively by the US government. We cannot guarantee approval: the decision to approve or reject an ESTA depends solely on the US authorities.
You can always apply directly, without our assistance and paying only the government fee, on the official website esta.cbp.dhs.gov.
Your obligations
When using our services you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate and complete information. Providing false information may lead to the rejection of your application by the authorities.
- Hold a valid passport from an eligible country.
- Use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not copy, reuse or redistribute the content of this website without our authorization.
Fees
Our service fee is €126 per applicant and includes the government fee, the professional review of your application and support in your language.
Optionally, you may add an urgency supplement: €20 for processing within 3 days or €40 for processing within 1 day.
All fees are shown before payment. Payment is made at the time of ordering the service.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as your application has not yet been submitted to the US authorities.
Once the application has been submitted, the service has been fully performed and the fee is non-refundable. The rejection of an application by the US authorities does not entitle the applicant to a refund of the service fee, as the decision depends solely on the government.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays, rejections or decisions of the US authorities, for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the applicant, or for causes of force majeure. Our total liability is limited, in any case, to the amount paid for the service.
